1. Nature of the Service
Vineland Residents Directory is a private reference service. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections concerning Vineland, New Jersey. It neither hosts government records nor represents a public office, court, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions involving credit, employment, tenant, or insurance matters
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Role
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing here, including results from a linked search tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to evaluate eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, maintain their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or handling of data.
5. No Guarantees
The service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties. We do not promise that content is accurate, complete, or current, nor that a linked portal will operate or return correct results.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this service or a linked resource, including decisions made from a record found through it.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the service operators harmless from a claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, caused by misuse of the service or a breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Links and brief attributed excerpts are welcome. Republishing full pages or systematically copying the content is not permitted.
9. Term Updates
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
10. Access Restrictions
We may block or limit access, without notice and in our discretion, when a user violates these terms or abuses the service.
11. New Jersey Law
New Jersey law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-records access is separately governed by the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.; that statute does not alter these private terms.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
