Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that returns the search results. Vineland Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. If a visitor sends a message, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems may retain ordinary server-log information, such as an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use aggregate information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How Limited Data Is Used
Limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and improvements to the reference pages. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services and Links
Links lead to Vineland, Cumberland County, New Jersey, library, archive, and third-party search resources. Their own policies govern data submitted after leaving this service. That includes sponsored results supplied by an outside provider.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the service process relevant server logs. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose data only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. There are no visitor accounts, so the service does not hold a visitor password or profile for exposure.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18. If a minor has sent information to us, contact us so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where they live, visitors may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data a service holds. New Jersey’s Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023, c. 266, is codified at N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq. and provides rights for covered consumers subject to statutory exemptions. Because we keep very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and applicable logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page to ask. A public record held by a New Jersey, Cumberland County, or Vineland custodian requires a request to that custodian.
